Almost. Our motto: We try to repair everything that you can carry into the store on your own. Unfortunately, fridges, ovens and dishwashers are too big.

No, just drop by. But remember: only members can have their parts repaired. We are a non-profit organization - we cover our costs together, with membership fees and donations!

If you are not yet a member, you can become one on site. Depending on your financial means, membership costs between €2.50 and €15 per month. Membership runs annually so that we can keep our administrative costs as low as possible.

You have the choice: either our repairers repair for you or you can try it yourself with our tools and help. 

No. We always do our best, but there is no guarantee. It can therefore happen that we are unable to repair an appliance - in which case we will give you a tip as to who else might be able to repair it, or return it so that it can be disposed of properly.

For our members: Ka. The only thing we ask for is a deposit of €20. But you'll get it back when you return it. Please bring an identification document that we can copy.

In our store - we have tools, household and cleaning equipment, outdoor equipment, toys and much more. Just drop by during opening hours or, if you're looking for something specific, drop us an email.

2 weeks - but you can contact us by e-mail and have the rental period extended by another 2 weeks.

We are happy to accept devices that are still in working order if they are suitable for loan or for passing on as a free donation. Ask yourself whether others can make good use of the device - or come by the store and ask us before you bring donations by.

Not really. If you don't live nearby and only want to use the Kreisler once, we can talk about an exception.

Whether it's repairing, running the store, organizing, public relations or becoming a supporting member - there are many ways to help out at the Kreisler. Choose the role that suits you and your everyday life.

We are funded by the community: through income-dependent and freely selectable memberships, sponsoring memberships and donations. We receive project funding for individual activities, but are unable to use this to cover ongoing operations (premises, coordination, expense allowances for volunteers, etc.). We are a non-profit organization - so the Kreisler remains independent, stable and accessible to all.
